This August FAWE Rwanda through the career guidance and counselling department visited scholars under the Mastercard scholars program to make sure that through this industrial placement they are making informed and impactful career choices within the current competitive job market, positioning themselves for job opportunities and getting on job experience and improving their CVs, networking and evaluating knowledge for the job market and take market job demand into considerations.
With this exposure we expect that our scholars’ transition into decent and lucrative careers and are made aware of requirements, nature, trajectories of various occupations and trades.
