FAWE RWANDA launches Career coaching sessions
at Former KIE

Kigali on Thursday 12th March,2020 : FAWE Rwanda in partnership with Mastercard Foundation has launched Career coaching sessions at College of Medicine and Health Sciences former KIE.

Career Coaching Sessions aim to equip scholars with soft skills which will help them to triumph on the labor market. During the sessions, scholars were trained on how to fine-tune their personal USP (Unique Selling Proposition) that matches a desired opportunity.

The individual and group career coaching sessions will be created in partner universities (INES-Ruhengeri and University of Rwanda). The career coaching sessions are expected to be conducted at least every quarter led by university career counselors who will after work in tandem with the FAWE Rwanda career guidance and counseling officer.
